Radvision buys Aethra's HD video conferencing business

Radvision is to buy certain assets from the Aethra group of companies including intellectual property and technology for HD video conferencing endpoint systems, subject to conditions and authorities approvals. The deal follows on the heels of the Cisco acquistion of Tandberg and Logitech's purchase of LifeSize.
