With the first is a series of global launches, Regus has opened three telepresence suites in Paris, Frankfurt and Manchester. Based on Cable&Wireless Worldwide's Managed Video Conferencing (MVC) system, it uses Polycom's RPX telepresence products.
The facilities are part of C&W Worldwide and Regus' joint initiative to implement telepresence suites at Regus' global business centres using the MVC system, announced in April 2009. Cable&Wireless Worldwide selected Polycom to provide the Polycom RealPresence Experience (RPX) immersive telepresence suites for the Regus centres.
All Regus telepresence and videocommunication suites can be booked at anytime and from anywhere in the world through an online booking tool including global real-time meeting room and telepresence/VC availability.
