Derek Chalmers, Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) production manager has successfully passed the Infocomm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) examination. The in-house a-v department at The QEIICC, already has Joe Chilvers, Derek's sound engineer colleague with the qualification.
