Kramer Electronics has launched the SPK series speakers, which comprises of six models for various a-v applications. The SPK series is designed for use in professional a-v environments or other multimedia applications.

Promethean partners with Maverick

Onelan releases V6.2 of NTB software

Onelan has released its latest software release including increased interactivity and connectivity. V6.2 of the Net-Top-Box (NTB) software now comes with an option to allow touch interactivity, granting users access to content relevant to their interest.

AMX opens City showroom

AMX has unveiled a 6,000sq ft showroom and office in the centre of London. It houses a product showroom, boardroom and training centre. It features a working demonstration of the entire range of makes, models, colours and configurations of AMX products.

ETC control desk training dates

Lighting, dimming and controls manufacturer ETC has released dates of training sessions for its Congo, Eos and Ion control desks at its training theatre, The Playhouse at Gypsy Corner in west London. Six or eight places are available for each course, with a maximum of two people per desk. All the courses are free and include lunch.

'No growth' in 09 for A-V equipment market

A report on the UK a-v equipment market by analysts Plimsolll has predicted sales growth to stay at zero per cent, and job losses to growth. It says over 50 per cent of companies are already experiencing declining sales.

Kramer Electronics has launched the VP-727xl In-CTRL seamless switcher, an updated version of the VP-727 model which now incoporates HDMI inputs and putputs. The unit is designed for use in presentation and staging applications that require a preview option or that require switching between inputs using special effects, custs and fades.

C-nario installs signage at Shanghai Airport
