Smart-e and OneLan technology day

Smart-e and OneLan are holding a joint ‘technology day' on 20th November 2008. Free to all, the day is aimed at designers and installers working in the AV and Digital Signage markets. The event will incorporate several technical seminars giving in-depth knowledge and handy tips on design and installation of AV solutions for both the domestic and commercial sectors, whilst the technical teams from both companies will be on-hand to discuss applications.

The one-day event is designed to showcase both companies' latest technological developments and to give attendees an insight of the new technologies which will be available in 2009. Smart-e will be demonstrating their new matrix that combines local and remote inputs, which is unique and offers a cost effective and flexible solution in a 1U box, as well as showcasing new HDMI and web browser equipment. The AV equipment design and manufacturing company will also talk about a new generation of products due for release in 2009 which the company says will revolutionise AV installation. Amongst other technologies, OneLan will be demonstrating a new version of their highly successful Digital Signage software and new touch screen displays.
