During the event, delegates will be divided into five teams with the task of discussing a set of issues, coming up with recommendations about what the industry can do to solve the problems, and reporting their findings to delegates.
A full report of their findings will be published for all to see in AV Magazine and on www.avinteractive.co.uk – and you can shape those discussions by taking part in our AV Challenge survey.

Business survival in an economic recession would be a good place to start. As in, how to give ourselves the head room we need to make it through intact in the event that things get even worse.
How to find market sectors that still have money and those that can justify spending it on the basis of a return on their investment is key.
Finding inivative ways to reduce the introduction of competitors. Thus avoiding the risk of spiraling into leading with the very lowest cost item and then discounting the heck out of it.
Identifying opportunites that arrise as a result of a rescession.
