Alcons audio products have been chosen for one of the largest congress centres in Scandinavia.
Denmark's Aalborg Congress & Culture Centre (AKKC) has undergone a major technical refit, including the installation of Alcons systems.
Supplied by Alcons Danish distributor Ascon Trading, the systems were chosen after a 'shoot-out' listening test of several systems. Ascon Trading supplied three Alcons systems at the AKKC complex, permanent installations in the venue's two main spaces - the Aalborghallen and Europasalen - plus a mobile system.
The system in the (up to) 2,200m2 Aalborghallen is made up of 12 LR16 and four LR16B per side, with three LR14 for downfill and three more for nearfield each side. The system in the 880m2 Europasalen includes six LR14 and two LR14B per side, while the mobile system features six LR14/120, six LR14/90 and four BF362 subs.
