ACT Conferencing appoints Victor Burgess as senior director of global service delivery

Audio, web and video conferencing provider ACT Conferencing, has appointed Victor Burgess as senior director of global service delivery.
Before joining ACT, Burgess was the diretcor of MOnster Worldwide's customer service centre, and he has also served as vice president of Latin American operations for Stream International, a contact centre oursourcer.
